Payment methods

Description

1. Online credit card payment: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard


Upon clicking on the Booking options in the INQUIRY STATUS section, a form that must be filled out and sent online will appear on the screen. Your personal information is protected by the THAWTE SSL security protocol.

 Note:
  * By using our online credit card payment, you choose the terms of payment. By sending use the Credit card authorisation Form, we are given authorization to charge the complete amount   according to the chosen terms of payment.


  * The amount is stated in HRKN. All payments will be effected in Croatian currency.   The  amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the PBZ.


   * When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site

2. Cash payment in Croatia


Guests from Croatia can pay for their reservations by payment slip directly to our account.

3. Money order from abroad


Foreign guests can pay for their reservations to our account by money order. Bank transaction costs are to be covered by the client completely.

4. Terms of payment


According to our General Travel Terms, payment of reservation can be done in 2 ways: full payment can be made right after reservation confirmation or in 2 installments. If you opt for the 2 installments, advance payment is executed right after reservation confirmation, and reservation balance is to be paid until the date stated in the calculation/proforma invoice, which you will receive from us after reservation confirmation.

Amount of advance payment and amounts and dates of balance payment/total price varies according to type of service/reservation:

Private accommodation, rural estates, hotels, tourist settlements, wellness packages

 

                *  100% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry 

                             (necessary in case there are less than 21 days until arrival)


                *  30% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry,
                     70% of the price of accommodation minimally 21 days prior to the beginning of reservation


                 *  40% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry,
                      60% of the price of accommodation on your arrival day, directly to your host, in cash

                             (only  possible for some accommodation units)

Vessels (sailing boats, yachts, catamarans) , villas

                  *  100% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry

                              (necessary in case there is less than 45 days before date of arrival)


                   *  50% of the price of accommodation on the vessel upon granted inquiry
                  *  50% of the price of accommodation on the vessel minimally 45 days before the first day of reservation

Sailing, cruising, tours

                  *  100% of the price of reservation upon granted inquiry

                             (necessary in case there is less than 30 days before date of arrival)


                  *  50% of the price of reservation upon granted inquiry
                  *  50% of the price of reservation minimally 30 days before the first day of reservation

 

Rent a car, day trips

                   * 100% of the total price upon confirmation of reservation


5. Payment receipt

 Upon execution of advance payment, depending on the chosen payment method, you will receive:


* confirmation of payment and detailed information on your reservation voucher, invoiceand calculation   stating the amount which is to be paid directly to your host (only possible for some accommodation units)


*  Upon payment of 100% of the amount or balance you will receive the Bill specifying all payments   made and Voucher containing the following:

           1. Name, address, and telephone number of service provider (legal or natural persons)


           2. Address (of apartment, hotel..)


           3. Name and address of reservation holder (person who performs a reservation)


           4. Number of persons / names of guests who use the services named in the reservation


           5. Description of paid service, period / date of arrival and departure


           6. Note about the paid sojourn tax
